1. Service description

Reel Studio is a local-first software tool that helps users create, preview, review, and manage short-form video content. Optional integrations with third-party platforms (including Meta / Instagram) may be available when configured by the user. This public website provides information and policies; it does not host the local application runtime.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Reel Studio, including the content you create, the credentials you configure, and any actions you authorize (such as connecting an Instagram account or publishing).

3. Content responsibility

You retain responsibility for the scripts, media, captions, and other materials you create or upload. You must have the rights needed to use those materials and to publish them where you choose.

4. Human approval and publishing

Reel Studio is designed so that users review and approve content before publishing. The product does not publish content without user authorization.

5. Third-party services

Features may rely on third-party services (Meta / Instagram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Pexels, and others). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or enforcement actions by third parties.

6. Advertising and affiliate disclosures

Users are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, affiliate disclosure, platform, and legal requirements for content they publish.

7. Intellectual property

The Reel Studio software, branding, and this website's original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third- party trademarks (including Instagram / Meta) remain the property of their owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

8. No performance guarantee

Reel Studio does not guarantee social media performance, reach, views, engagement, followers, revenue, or ranking. Analytics and suggestions are informational aids only.

9. Availability

The local application depends on your device and network. This public informational website may be updated, suspended, or modified. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when applicable. The "Last updated" date will change when we revise this page.
